The Purchaser of any ticket purchases and uses it with the understanding that skiing is a hazardous sport; that bare spots, the changing snow, bumps, stumps, stones, trees, and other hazards and obstructions exist in any ski area.  In purchasing a ticket, the purchaser recognizes such dangers, whether marked or unmarked, and realizes that falls and collisions are common and numerous and that injuries can result, and he/she accepts the hazards of the sport and the danger of injury incident thereto, including negligence and carelessness of the part of fellow skiers.  It is with this understanding that such a ticket is sold. All tickets may be revoked by the management at any time without refund and are non-transferable.
